Canoe-ing

Damn! Fuck that so called Elimination test.


12pm on a Saturday, after registering our name , we are told to sit down on the step facing the stadium (in tp).. Bla Bla Bla said the coach. And the most WTF thing is that we have to endure and be the last man standing to get into canoe-ing team.. For the guys, they only need at a maximum of 8 ppl.. and the total number of guys registering reach up to 60.. Sigh.. But in the end, only 10 mange to get in la.. i guess next week there should be another filtering.. Good luck to them.. And so we did some warm up and ready to go!


First! they told us (boys&girls) to run 3 round around the stadium(1.2km) and so we did.. since we are scared of not being chosen, so most of us didn't slowed down during the 1.2km warm up..

Fuhhh.. After the run, we went for a little water break and 3-5 minutes rest..


SeconD! (Guys only) the first 40 to finish 2 rounds around the stadium gets to go for the second round. (800m) Ready? GO!

Fuhhh.. and so we rested for maybe 10 minutes i guess cause we have to wait for the girls to run..

Third! The First 15 guys to finish 4 rounds around the stadium gets to the next round! omg! (1.6km)




Fuhhh! congrats to those 15!


Even tho 15 is quite small, they actually only nid around 7-8.. So we have to do another round of filtering..
I pity the girls.. While we are resting for the 4th round, the girls has started the Push-ups and Crunches..

To sum it up. It was the hellish training ever! not just 50 push-ups and crunches , i bet it touch 200 man! omg! 5 guys gave up and went to change.. So theres like 10 guys and 10 girls.. Congrats man! =)

Sadly, i'm one of the 10!!! hahaha! woohooo!! i SURVIVED!!! Omfg! this training is so Ridiculus lorh! not humanly at all!.. the ferst 3 rounds of warm up left us wobbly-shaking legs.. Try to imagine la.. aiyo.. 3.6km in total.. during the last round.. push-ups and crunches, my hands cant stop shaking la! When i look over to my right and left.. It was the same... My palm hurts so much! we did the pushups on the stadium's track itself.. theres alot of small stones and stuff like that.. Today is a sunday.. MY BODY's AcheING! my legs to my hand to my shoulder.. aiyo!! my palm is still red! sigh.... Now, its 7.38am and i woke up at 6! wtF!? haha.. i wonder why? i slept and 10 yesterday! sigh! i'm off to blog hopping den! cya guys!

helo! basically the engine orientation, the 3 day orientation, wed to fri, was SUCKY! hahaha!

The last Friday, we have JAM and HOP again! woohoo! oops! canot go in detail! later u guys horny and bombard me with curious questions! haha..

YEsterday, Saturday, all FOC and FOW went for Sentosa outing! its like alot of ppl ah! even tho many didnt turn up.. haha.. it was fun la.. it has been so long since i went to a beach.. the air.. aww.. nice! i took some great photos! i'll have them uploaded later! smile! XD

okay! curently its a friday today and i'm like waiting for my sis ( hus in the toilet bathing ).. Its 8am already.. sianz.. i nid to be in sch by 9.30.. got some stuff to settle..

Today! they said that orientation gonna be fun.. thereS this competition and its held at BEDOK reservoir( just behind TP ).. I wanna join leh! its A dragonboat and err $$^@$@%( competition.. the other one i dunno..

Let me summarise wad happened 2 days ago in tp.. the ORIENTAION, BOOORRIINNNGGG!!!!
I still prefer the FOC ( the freshmen orientation camp ).. FOC is AWESOME and Ffing AWESOME.. hahas... and whenever i meet my fellow groupmaate ( KAISTOR ) IT boost my morale, my mood.. haha its so fun being with them! haha.. i LOVE ALL kaiSTORIANS!! hu hu..

Freshmen Orientation Camp = FOC

I'm sori about the previous post ( deleted ).

Okay! YESterday's camp was OMFG, FUCKING GOOD man.. To tell u guys the truth, it was the best camp ever in my whole camping life.. Yeah.. Not even 4 camps combined can compare with a single FOC!

I especially like the water activities, Jam and hop and lastly the Huntgry event.. Cheering part, Okay la but it seems that i can only recall about 50% of every cheer..

The water activities is not like any ordinary water bombs which lasted less den a minute.. It is totaly different from what u think. We are given 2-3 hours and there are around 10 water activity station la. Every station has different type of task. And sadly my sub empire manage to do only 4 stations but IT totaly rock my world man.. I like stuff dat relates to water.. =D
1 more thing, after every station, We ended up soaking wet from head to toe man! wuhoo!

Jam and hop.? FUN FUN FUN FUN!
yeah! its kinda like in a disco or pub la.. SUPER loud music and all u nid to do is DANCE DANCE DANCE! Dance alone, with another same gender or opposite gender, IT DOES'NT MATTER! ALL u nid to do is enjoy urself! Hmm i think we dance about to 1hr la i think. the time passed super fast! After the whole thing, we are soaking wet.. its not because of any water activity but soaking with sweat.. hahah! disgusting rite? haha.. my knee area were acheing too.. hahas..

Lastly, Huntgry!
This activity is very very intresting. Ferst u receive 6 piece of paper full with task. Every completed task will earn u up to 50 or as low as 5.. the section B, ur team can earn up to 150 points.. At times the task is simple and at times its hard.. For example.. one of the task that i can recall is all of us, the sub empire consist around 20-30 people, to squezze into a handicapped toilet for 1 minute.. Another one is everyone must wear ur shirt, the outside must be in the inside and the inside is outside untill times up.. and another one is u must change one of ur shoe with ur partner and wear ur shoes the other way round like the right shoe, wear it on the left and vice versa. these TAsk can go as wild and simple at times.. i really had fun doing it and participating..

FOC = Godly!
haha. I had so much fun because of FOC.. yeah.. and Even before the real orientation starts, i already have up to 58 msn contacts from TP! haha.. yay! What a wonderful day.. yeah! lets change my statues to online now. =D
